I am pleased to inform you that the 10th ASEAN TELMIN / 11th ASEAN TELSOM Meeting will be held from 10th to 14th January 2011.

I am looking forward to the meeting and to presenting you, Excellency, and our other TELMIN colleagues to the Honourable Prime Minister of Malaysia at the Opening Ceremony of the 10th ASEAN TELMIN on 13th January 2011.

I understand that the Senior Officials have finalised the ASEAN ICT Masterplan 2015 for TELMIN's endorsement. This is indeed something for TELMIN to look forward to, as it will be a significant milestone marking a ten year journey of ASEAN cooperation in the field of telecommunications and IT.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend to you the compliments of the season, and to wish you a very happy 2011. I look forward to welcoming you and your delegation to Malaysia in the new year.
