CLIENT'S CHARTER

We promise:

    To disseminate the latest information and Government policies to the people accurately, timely and effectively via the electronic and print media as well as inter-personal communication;
2.
    To provide professional public relations and media support services to Government Agencies;
3.
    To provide a fair and balanced service to all proponents, innovators, creators, researchers and entrepreneurs of the arts, films, culture and heritage industry as well as to be sensitive to their needs;
4.
To provide the necessary infrastructure and programs for the people to appreciate arts, culture and heritage through performing arts, exhibitions, writings and publications;
5.
    To provide high quality communication infrastructure relating to broadband, Internet and cellular services; and
6.

To ensure a transparent, effective and progressive supervision to stimulate the development of the creative industry and communication technology.

7.

Responding to customer complaint quickly, right and respectful in a period of time following:
  • Acceptance declaration within 3 working days;
  • Initial feedback within 14 working days; and
  • Public complaint status report in 1 months.

8.

Ensure bill and invoice disbursed in time 14 days from complete document acceptance date.
